IT&C franchises are conquering the Romanian market. Several franchise networks that were launched in Romania in this field are campaigning to attract small IT&C companies to help them build a secure business, based on a formula already verified on the market. The franchise networks within the IT&C field or other related field are permanently increasing their number. The international companies that hold important brands within the sector build intense recruiting campaigns, the last big news on this segment being the entering on the market of Computer/Trouble Shooters, whose master-franchise was recently contracted in Romania.
According to a CHR Consulting poll, some 61 percent of the 400 franchise operators from Spain, Italy, France, U.K. and the U.S. said they would extend their business to Romania. The most recent franchises cover very diverse segments on the market, from human resources outsourcing services (Smart Tree), complete communication services, including connection with the post services, making copies and distributing documents and Café Internetr (as in the franchise 3@1), sales consulting companies by the business-to-business method (One2Connect) to computer repair services provided at the client�s home (Computer TroubleShooters �CTS). All the above are good examples of the franchises as business systems with the smallest IT companies, which can be launched through the above mentioned channels and enter into the existing networks or new ones. The latest novelty, CTS is in fact an international network running some 450 franchises worldwide. The company provides installation services for hardware, software, Internet, local networks, repairs and training. The business will be developed first in the big cities in Romania by transfer of the franchise, both to the �one man company� category and to the companies that have some 7-8 employees.
