IMO started this business in 1996, when Agentia Imobiliara Perfecta (The Perfect Real Estate Agency) was created, since then have been created over 100 agencies that use this know-how.

Since then IMO has created 20 complete franchises (covering all the operational fields of the business) and has advertised them successfully in Romania and abroad. Overall, IMO has been involved in signing over 300 franchise agreements, for Romanian and foreign businesses alike.

IMO is member of the Romanian Franchise Networks Association – AFR (Asociatia Retelelor de franciza din Romania).

In 2002 IMO Advertising has been created, as a subsidiary, to strengthen the brand and corporate identity and for advertising the franchises created and brokered by IMO.

In 2006 IMO buys shares of Centre for Entrepreneurship and Business Research - high profile specialists in all fields of research of economic efficiency and of franchise competition (an important tool for our clients franchisers to succeed in their businesses). Along with the state of art economic tools, CEBR has a complete wide data base comprising of 450,000 Romanian companies, in 90 industries from EU countries, and it is used for the benefit of our clients.

Report for 2007 – in each week of this year has been opened a franchised unit advertised/created by IMO.

March 2008 – CEBR completes the first research paper in Romanian about Business Demographics – A Longitudinal Perspective (1999 – 2005).
