Concluzii

 


Utilizand datele culese de catre Centre for Entrepreneurship & Business Research (CEBR) pentru anul 2006, obtinute pe un esantion de 1.449 de subiecti romani, prin acest document se doreste sa se prezinte si sa se identifice caracteristicile demografice si socio-culturale ale indivizilor implicati in activitati antreprenoriale. Rezultatele obtinute reliefeaza importanta prezentei intreprinzatorilor in familiile persoanelor chestionate pentru a intensifica activitatile antreprenoriale. Am descoperit ca 38,60% din persoanele implicate in activitati antreprenoriale anterioare demararii unei afaceri au declarat ca au un membru al familiei care este intreprinzator particular, referinta principala a acestor persoane pentru activitatea lor antreprenoriala fiind tatal (22,81%). Pentru noii intreprinzatori 20,69% dintre respondenti au un memberu al familiei intreprinzator privat, iar, precum in cazul persoanelor implicate in activitati antreprenoriale anterioare demararii unei afaceri, exemplul urmat cel mai adesea este cel al tatalui (15,09%). Rezultatele prezentate in acest document sunt foarte importante pentru cei care stabilesc strategiile. In esenta, concluziile acestui studiu arata cat este de important ca, inainte de a incerca sa intreprinda actiuni oficiale de promovare a activitatilor antreprenoriale, sa se identifice acesti factori (fie ei economici, fie socio-culturali) care ii motiveaza pe oameni sa porneasca activitati antreprenoriale.

In sfarsit, rezultatele acestui studiu ne incurajeaza sa cercetam indeaproape caile urmate de intreprinzatorii din Romania, in afaceri. Mai exact, cercetari ulterioare vor incerca sa evalueze potentialele diferente in activitatile antreprenoriale in functie de sex (activitatea intreprinzatorilor particulari – femei). De asemenea, ne propunem sa extindem analiza noastra examinand activitatea antreprenoriala in functie de diferitele contexte geografice din Romania.
