"There’s an app for that!”

has become an exclamation of satisfactn for a growing number of smartphone adopters. Each app becomes a small demystifying revelation that arms people with whatevertool theyneed to become instant experts at the game, whatever the game is. There is nothing quite like that aha! moment. It gives people power, confidence, and a sense of being rewarded. And it is enjoyable because an app can add an element of fun to even the most mundane task.

Aici putem avea o discutie pe  2-3 planuri  daca introducem termenul  GAMIFICATION,

1. Mai intai putem discuta despre ludic - despre joc - in faza de creatie (Despre el ne vorbea Titus Mocanu la curs acum o suta de ani).  Atunci cand jucam un joc acesta trebuie sa aiba reguli simple. Orice joc, fie ca este sah, rugby  sau tabinet  are un set de reguli simple pentru a atinge obiectivele jocului. Atingand obiectivul primesti o recompensa simbolica.

Jocurile individuale ca si cele colective sunt pentru satisfactia personala  si cea a echipei tale. Un joc este un sistem care motiveaza. O idee incurajeaza alta idee  apoi urmeaz cooperarea, colaborarea  dorinta de a te angaja.

2. In categoria jocurilor GAMIFICATION introducem si aplicatiile pe mobil sau nu pe care le prescurtez apps. Sunt milioane de apps.   Apple store,  si Google store,  au fiecare peste un milion de aplicatii fiecare,  iar numarul lor este in crestere.  Vedem  aici sensul comun dat Gamification -  In sensul comun   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamification

Gamification  presupune sa folosesti modalitatile de rationament ale jocurilor si mecanica jocurilor in contexte non-game si sa angajezi utilizatorii in a rezolva probleme si in a creste propria contributie a utilizatorilor.

3. As vedea GAMIFICATION ca o modalitate de lucru cu angajatii individual sau cu grupele de angajati.  Ar fi ideal si genial daca reusim sa transformam sarcinile complexe intr-un joc de strategie  iar  cele simple ca intr-un apps de smartphone.

Am ideea acestei extrapolari gandind ca orice problema de matematica, orice joc de societate, orice noua masina de cusut sau dulapior de bricolaj   pe care il aduci de la magazin cu un set de instructiuni de montaj/folosire  este ca un JOC  pentru ca  are  niste reguli  precise ce trebuiesc respectate,  un scop final,  si o recompensa la atingerea scopului.  Patronii care reusesc sa manipuleze angajatii sa  lucreze dupa niste reguli clare dar care le permit angajatilor modalitati proprii de exprimare   au mult de castigat din asta.
